1. What types of products do you offer?
We offer high-vibrational wellness and spiritual products, including:
- Crystal-infused body & skincare
- Aura cleansing sprays & smudge kits
- Ritual tools, anointing oils & moon-blessed blends

2. Are your products natural and cruelty-free?
Yes. All our offerings are ethically sourced, cruelty-free, plant-based, and energetically cleansed or blessed before shipment.
3. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our shop, add your desired products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. All prices are listed in AUD.
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipping. Email us immediately at hello@wavesofwellbeing.me
Shipping
5. Where do you ship to?
We ship both domestically within Australia and internationally to most countries. Restricted or embargoed countries are excluded at checkout.
6. How long does shipping take?
- Australia: 1–4 business days (Mon – Fri) (Express) / 2–8 business days (Mon – Fri) (Standard, free)

International: 6–27 business days (Mon – Fri) depending on destination & method
Tracking info is provided via email once shipped.
7. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs vary based on destination, weight, and shipping method. Free standard shipping is available in Australia on most orders. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. What is your order processing time?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding public holidays.
9. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track via Australia Post or ParcelsApp for international orders.
10. What happens if my parcel is damaged or lost?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged parcel. Send clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll help resolve the issue with a refund or reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
11. Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 business days (Mon – Fri) of delivery for eligible products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
12. How do I return an item?
Email us at hello@wavesofwellbeing.me for approval and instructions before sending anything back. Returns are accepted by mail only.
13. Who pays return shipping?
- If we sent the wrong or defective product: We cover return shipping.

If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item: You cover return shipping.
14. Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
15. What items are non-returnable?
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Items without original packaging

Gift cards or free promotional items
16. Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges due to hygiene and safety reasons.
17. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
18. Do EU customers have a cooling-off period?
Yes. EU customers can return items within 14 business days (Mon – Fri) of delivery under the cooling-off law. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

20. Are payments secure?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and PCI DSS-compliant gateways (Shop Pay, PayPal). Your full card details are never stored.
21. Can I get a payment receipt?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email and PDF invoice once your payment is successful. If not, check your spam folder or contact us.
22. I’m having payment issues. What should I do?

23. Do prices include tax?

Not currently. All purchases are one-time payments. Subscription options may be introduced in the future.
