This Payment Policy explains how Waves of Wellbeing processes, secures, and manages payments made on our website. Our goal is to provide a safe, transparent, and smooth payment experience for every customer.

All payments are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Currency conversion may apply for international customers.


3. Payment Processing Time

Payments are processed instantly through our secure checkout system. Once your payment is approved, your order is confirmed, and we begin preparing your shipment within 2 business days (Mon – Fri).


4. Payment Confirmation & Receipts

After a successful transaction, you will receive:

  • An email confirmation with your order details
  • A PDF invoice or receipt sent to your registered email address

If you do not receive confirmation within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@wavesofwellbeing.me.


5. Payment Security

We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to process all payments safely. Our store is powered by Shopify, and all transactions are handled via PCI DSS-compliant gateways, including Shop Pay and PayPal.

We do not store your full credit card or personal financial information.

These fees are not included in product or shipping costs and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Unauthorized chargebacks or false claims will be investigated and may lead to account restriction or legal action if deemed fraudulent.


9. Fraud Prevention & Account Verification

All orders are subject to fraud screening and verification. If flagged by our system, we may request additional documentation or cancel the order. We reserve the right to refuse or refund any suspicious or high-risk transaction.


10. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please:

  • Ensure sufficient funds
  • Try another method
  • Contact your bank to authorize the transaction

11. Refunds and Reimbursements

All approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 14 business days (Mon – Fri) of return or resolution.

Note: We cannot refund to a different card or payment source. Refund times may vary based on your bank’s processing speed.

12. Partial Payments / Store Credits

Currently, we do not support split payments or payment plans.

If store credit or a coupon code is issued as compensation or promotion, it must be used before expiry and cannot be refunded for cash.


13. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

We currently offer subscription-based products through Shopify’s integrated platform. When you subscribe:

  • Your payment method will be charged automatically based on your chosen interval (e.g., every 30 or 60 days).
  • You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
  • You will receive advance notice before any upcoming charges.
