1. Overview

At Waves of Wellbeing, we want you to feel confident and supported when shopping with us.
This policy outlines how returns, refunds and replacements are managed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • You received an incomplete order

  • You wish to return an unopened product for change-of-mind

To be eligible:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided


3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect:

  • Opened supplements, sprays, or liquids

  • Used droppers, bottles, or applicators

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on their product page

  • Digital downloads or gift cards


4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • The product must be unopened, unused and resalable

  • The customer pays return shipping

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection


5. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances.


6. Refund Processing

Once a return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time

Refunds cannot be redirected to alternative accounts or methods.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, if the order has not been shipped or processed.

Once dispatched or labelled for delivery, cancellations are not possible and the standard returns process applies.

To request cancellation, email:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for cancellation


8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrectly supplied products.
Variant swaps (e.g. scent or size) may be offered depending on inventory availability.


9. Return Shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

  • Returns for damaged, incorrect, or faulty products are paid by Waves of Wellbeing.

Please use a trackable postage method.
We cannot guarantee returns that arrive without tracking.


10. International Orders

International customers may return eligible products.
Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered (unless faulty/incorrect)

  • Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are non-refundable


11. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Under ACL, you are entitled to a remedy if goods:

  • Fail to be of acceptable quality

  • Are not as described

  • Do not perform as reasonable for their intended purpose

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

This policy does not limit your legal rights.
