1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations are handled for both one-time purchases and subscription purchases.

We process orders quickly to support fast dispatch and delivery. Once an order enters fulfilment or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.


2. Cancellation Window

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped, labelled for shipment, or entered fulfilment.

After this window:

  • Cancellation is not guaranteed
  • Orders may need to be handled as returns (where eligible)

3. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellations are not possible in the following situations:

  • The order has been shipped or tracking has been created
  • The order has entered fulfilment or packaging
  • Digital or downloadable products marked as delivered
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

If you no longer want the product after shipping, you may submit a return request under our Returns & Refund Policy (where eligible).


4. Mistake or Change-of-Mind Orders

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 12-hour cancellation window
  • After this period, the order may proceed automatically to fulfilment and shipment

If the order has already shipped:

  • You may submit a return request (where eligible)
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in change-of-mind situations

5. How to Request a Cancellation

Please contact us at hello@wavesofwellbeing.me with:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm whether your order is still eligible based on its fulfilment status.


6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

We cannot:

  • Refund to a different payment method
  • Automatically issue store credit unless requested

7. Orders Already Shipped

If tracking has been generated or the parcel has left fulfilment:

  • We cannot stop or intercept delivery
  • Refunds cannot be issued until the product is returned (where eligible)
  • Customers must wait until delivery before submitting a return request

8. Multiple Cancellation Requests

Submitting repeated cancellation requests does not extend or reset the original cancellation window.


9. Fraudulent, High-Risk, or Violating Orders

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if they are determined to be:

  • Fraudulent
  • High-risk
  • In violation of our Terms of Service
  • Associated with abusive or chargeback-prone activity

A full refund will be issued in these situations.


10. Subscription & Automatic Delivery Plans

Some products may be offered as subscription or recurring delivery options.

Subscription customers may:

  • Pause or resume subscriptions through their customer account dashboard
  • Update payment or delivery details
  • Manage upcoming orders

Where applicable, subscription plans may include a minimum commitment period.

Certain subscription products can be cancelled after a minimum of 2 completed subscription orders. This condition will be displayed within the relevant product listing or subscription option prior to purchase.

Subscriptions cannot be cancelled once a renewal order has entered fulfilment or shipment preparation.
