Thank you for choosing Waves of Wellbeing.
This policy explains how subscriptions work on our store and your rights as a subscriber.
Our subscription system is powered by Easy Subscriptions, a trusted Shopify app that handles recurring payments, billing intervals, and customer account management.
1. How Subscriptions Work
When you subscribe to a product:

You will be automatically billed at your selected interval (e.g. every 2, 4 or 6 weeks).

Each billing cycle creates a new order and shipment.

Subscription pricing, discounts, and bonuses apply only to active subscriptions.
2. Changing Your Subscription
You may modify your subscription at any time through your customer account:
You can:

Change delivery interval

Skip a shipment
-
Pause temporarily

Resume
-
Update shipping address
-
Update payment card
-
Adjust product quantity
Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel anytime through your online customer account, with no fees or penalties.
Important:
If a subscription has already been charged or shipped, cancellation applies to future orders only.
Already-processed orders follow our Returns & Refund Policy.
4. Payment Methods
Subscriptions may be paid using:

Credit/Debit Cards

Apple Pay

PayPal
All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant system.
We do not store full card details.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:

The system will automatically retry your card.

You’ll receive an email asking you to update your payment details.

The subscription will pause until payment is successful.
If payment fails repeatedly, we may cancel the subscription to prevent bounced shipments.
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust subscription prices due to:

ingredient cost changes

packaging or supply increases

updated shipping fees
If pricing changes, you will be notified via email before the next billing cycle.
You can cancel at any time if you do not wish to continue.
7. Returns & Refunds for Subscribers
Subscription orders follow our standard return policy:

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind cases

Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost

No refunds for partially used products
8. Trial Offers, Gifts, and Bonuses
Free samples and promotional gifts are:

Provided at our discretion

May vary over time

Not guaranteed on every order

Not refundable or exchangeable
9. Account Access
To manage your subscription, create an account using the same email used at checkout.
If you have trouble accessing your subscription:

10. Shipping & Delivery
Subscriptions ship to the default address in your customer account.
If you change your address:

Please update it before your next billing cycle
Orders already shipped cannot be redirected.
11. Fraud or Abuse
We may cancel subscriptions that involve:

fraudulent payments

abuse of discount codes

repeated chargebacks

account misrepresentation
